"Shipping was slower than I’m used to"
The order itself was fine, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. I’ve ordered similar stuff before and usually had it arrive much quicker, so this was frustrating. The tracking updates weren’t very helpful either, which made the wait even more annoying.

"Refund process was exactly as frustrating as I expected"
I tried returning an item and, it turned into such a hassle. The replies were slow, the refund took way longer than it should have, and it pretty much confirmed what I already suspected about ordering from places like this. Definitely not planning to buy from here again

"Response Time Was Disappointing"
I reached out to support and, it took much longer than expected to hear back. The reply eventually came through, but the delay was frustrating and not exactly the level of service I was hoping for.

"Pretty easy site to use"
The website was, simple to get around, and the pages loaded just fine for me. It did take me a minute to find one of the product filters, but once I got to checkout, everything felt clear and easy enough. Overall, it was a good experience, not perfect, but yeah, no major issues.

My box showed up crushed and basically half open, and the items inside looked dirty like they’d been dragged around during shipping. I feel like asking for a package to arrive in decent shape is a basic request, so it’s frustrating that even that was ignored. Definitely not something I’d order again.

I went in hoping to grab a few things, but the stock was kind of all over the place. Some items were there, and others had mysteriously vanished from the shelves like they were never meant to be found. Not the end of the world, but definitely a little frustrating.

I really wanted this to work for my practice, but it just wasn’t reliable enough. After a while, it started to feel like I was constantly begging for basic dependability, which left me feeling resentful. For professional use, I need something I can trust without having to second-guess it all the time.

I took one look at it, did the quick mental math, and couldn’t justify the price. It’s not terrible, but for what it is, my gut reaction was that it just isn’t worth the money.

"Order was accurate and everything went fine"
I ordered from practitionerdepot.com and, for what I needed, it was a smooth experience. Everything I picked showed up as expected, the quantities were correct, and there weren’t any random wrong items in the box, which I definitely appreciate. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it was reasonable. I’d probably rate it a little higher if the tracking updates were clearer, but overall it worked out fine for this kind of order

"Solid quality, but I wish I’d bought it sooner"
It felt a lot sturdier than I expected and I haven’t had any real issues with it. Kind of regret waiting so long to try it, because the quality is actually good.
